HOW TO RESET OR CREATE A NEW ICLOUD OR GMAIL ACCOUNT, FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

To reset or create a new iCloud or Gmail account, follow the steps below:

### Creating an iCloud Account
1. **Using an iPhone/iPad:**
- Open the **Settings** app.
- Tap on your name at the top-or tap "Sign in to your iPhone/iPad" if you're not signed in.

- Select **Create Apple ID**.
-When you do this, following the on-screen instructions will take you through a process where you will enter your details and set up an account.

2. **With a Mac:**
-Go to **Apple menu** and click on **System Preferences**.
-Select **Apple ID**; after which you click on **Create Apple ID**.
-Follow on-screen instructions to set up your account.
3. **Using the Web Browser:**
-Open the [Apple ID account page](https://appleid.apple.com/).
- Tap **Create Your Apple ID**.
- Fill in the form with your information and follow through.

### Reset Your iCloud Password
1. **On an iPhone/iPad:**
- Go to **Settings** > [your name] > **Password & Security** > **Change Password**.
- Follow through on the screen prompts to reset your password.
2. **On a Mac:**
- Go to **Apple menu** > **System Preferences** > **Apple ID** > **Password & Security** > **Change Password**.
3. **Using a Web Browser:**

- Click **Forgot Apple ID or password?** and follow the instructions.

### Creating a Gmail Account
1. **Using a Web Browser:**
- Go to the [Gmail sign-up page](https://accounts.google.com/signup).
- Fill out the form by providing your details. Come up with a username, which will be used as your email address.
- Promptly set your password and verify the phone number as instructed.
2. **Using the Gmail App:**
- Access the Gmail app on any of your devices.
- Tap **Sign in** > **Create account**.
- You will be prompted for your details to set up the account.
